Liquid Flow sensor/Switch and liquid level sensor
Flow sensor/Switch : Real-time detection of the volume flow of liquid flowing through the pipeline. Detection mechanisms such as impeller type/electromagnetic type are adopted, and pulse signals are generated by fluid driving internal components (such as impellers). Output a pulse signal proportional to the flow rate (e.g., 1 pulse =1 mL)
Liquid level sensor: Detects the height or presence state of the liquid in the container. Contact (capacitive /float ball) or non-contact (ultrasonic/photoelectric) detection. Output high and low level switch signals (such as 5V= water, 0V= no water)
The flow sensor is installed on the water inlet pipeline. It generates pulse signals through the rotation of the impeller, and the controller converts the accumulated pulse count into flow. When the preset value (such as 300ml) is detected, a shutdown command is issued to cut off the power supply of the water pump, achieving precise quantitative control.
Liquid level sensor water tank management plan: Contact sensors are installed at the bottom to achieve water shortage alarm, and those installed at the top to achieve full water shutdown
. The multi-point sensor realizes the automatic circulation control of "water shortage - water replenishment - full water". Installation methods available: Direct immersion in liquid (float ball/capacitive type), non-contact type: External installation (ultrasonic/photoelectric type)
