In intelligent building control systemsTemperature always have sensors, like humidity sensors, pressure sensors, flow sensors, air quality sensors, liquid level sensors, etc.
The working purpose of the sensors in the air conditioning system is to effectively control temperature, humidity and air quality, and to effectively save energy. Its control scope includes heat stations, refrigerators, air filtration equipment, supply and exhaust air systems, and variable air volume terminals, etc.
The sensors used in the air conditioning control system include CO sensors and CO₂ carbon dioxide sensors, whose purpose is to detect the concentrations of the two gases in the corresponding areas of the building. When the sensor detects that the gas exceeds the standard, it not only needs to trigger the alarm system but also promptly transmit the information to the air conditioning control system, thereby activating the supply and exhaust air system and air filtration equipment, replacing the polluted air with fresh air, and thus eliminating various potential hazards.
Temperature and humidity sensor
Temperature sensors are used to measure the on-site temperature. The installation forms include indoor, outdoor, duct, submerged, flue, surface, etc. Common components of temperature sensors include silicon materials, nickel thermal resistors, platinum thermal resistors, and thermistors. When these components are connected in a bridge type, once the temperature changes, the bridge will detect the voltage signal.
The purpose is to monitor the real-time temperature and humidity inside the room. After transmitting the relevant information to the terminal, the control center analyzes it in a timely manner, thereby promptly activating the refrigeration machine or heat station and controlling the wind direction and air volume of the supply air outlet to ensure the comfort of the people inside the room.
Outdoor temperature and humidity sensor
For air conditioning systems, the measurement of temperature and humidity often occurs in pairs, and temperature and humidity sensors have thus become a commonly used type of sensor.
Differential pressure sensor
It can be used to sense parameters such as pressure difference, vacuum, over pressure and gas flow difference of non-corrosive gases in pipelines. Conventional applications include: monitoring of filter screen blockage alarm devices, gas monitoring in ventilation ducts, maximum gas flow control in variable gas volume systems, and gas control in combustion furnaces.
Pressure sensor
Pressure sensors can be classified into bellows type and spring tube type. The former is used to measure the static pressure of air ducts, while the latter is used to measure water pressure and air pressure. In the detection of gas pressure difference in ventilation and air conditioning systems, an air pressure difference switch is used to detect the air flow status on both sides of the air filter and the fan.
Water pressure/differential pressure sensors are mainly used in cold and heat source systems to detect the operating status of water pumps and control differential pressure bypass valves.
Differential pressure switch
The differential pressure switch for air ducts is usually used to detect the clogging of air conditioning filters, the operating status of air conditioner fans, etc.
Flow sensor
The measurement range of a flow sensor can generally be selected at 1.2 to 1.3 times the maximum working flow of the system. The measurement point position should ensure that there is a straight pipe section length as required by the product left before and after the sensor, and avoid installation in places where vortices may be generated to ensure the accuracy of the measurement. Common flow sensors can be classified into two types: electromagnetic and turbine. They can be combined with system temperature to calculate the cooling and heating loads of the system.
Water flow switch
The water flow switch is used to detect the water flow state in the water pipe.
Anti-frost switch
The anti-frost switch is mainly used to protect the air conditioning coil from accidental freezing damage.
Air quality sensor
Air quality sensors are mainly used to detect the concentrations of CO, carbon monoxide or other harmful gases indoors.
Liquid level switch
Control the liquid level of containers such as water tanks.
