Digital differential pressure sensor
Description
The working principle of the micro-differential pressure sensor The two pressures of the micro-differential pressure sensor enter the high and low pressure chamber and act on the isolation diaphragms on both sides of the element . They are transmitted to both sides of the measuring diaphragm through the isolation diaphragm and the filling liquid in the element. The measuring diaphragm and the electrodes on the insulating sheets on both sides form a capacitor.
When the pressure on both sides is inconsistent, the displacement of the diaphragm is measured, and its displacement is proportional to the pressure difference, so the capacity on both sides is not equal. It is converted into a signal proportional to the pressure through oscillation and demodulation. The working principle of pressure transmitter and absolute pressure transmitter is the same as that of micro differential pressure sensor. The difference is that the low-pressure chamber pressure is atmospheric pressure or vacuum pressure. The A/D converter converts the current of the demodulator into an analog signal used by the microcontroller to judge the input pressure value. The microprocessor controls the operation of the transmitter. In addition, it linearizes the sensor. Reset the detection range. Calculate engineering unit conversion, damping, opening, sensor trim, diagnosis and digital communication.
