Description
The working principle of the differential pressure transmitter transfers the differential pressure taken by the standard throttling parts (nozzles, orifice plates, venturi tubes) to the isolation diaphragm on both sides of the transmitter through the pressure pipes on both sides of the differential pressure transmitter, and then transmits the differential pressure signal to the measuring element through the sealing fluid (silicone oil, fluoro oil) in the diaphragm, and then the measuring element will convert the differential pressure signal into the corresponding electrical signal and transmit it to the converter, Finally, it is transformed into standard electrical signals (1~5V, 4~20mA) after being processed by operational amplifier and other units.
Generally, the installation site of the differential pressure transmitter is far away from the control room. In order to ensure that the signal is not distorted during transmission, the standard current signal of 4~20mA is generally used as the transmission signal, and the contact signal in the control room becomes 1~5V.
